Salary: £39,000 – £48,000 basic + bonus (OTE up to £54,000)
Hours: Flexible – Full-time (41.5 hrs) or 4-day week option

About the Role
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of prestige vehicles to the highest standards
- Work efficiently to manufacturer guidelines and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with a skilled team and contribute to a positive workshop culture
About You
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with VAG group expertise
- Ability to handle complex diagnostics and repairs beyond basic servicing
- Relevant qualifications (Level 3 or above preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
