Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding activities
- Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
- Utilise manufacturer workshop systems and diagnostic equipment
- Accurately complete repair orders and workshop documentation
- Identify and communicate any additional work requirements
- Conduct final quality and safety checks before vehicle handover
- Maintain high levels of workshop efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within a franchised dealership environment beneficial but not essential
