Senior Vehicle Technician – Dealership
Location: Pershore
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per year
A well-established, family-owned dealership group is looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join their modern workshop team.
The Role
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Complete work efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Conduct vehicle health checks and road tests
- Support junior technicians when required
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Accurately update job cards and workshop systems
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding experience
- Experience in a franchised or quality independent workshop
- Knowledge of modern vehicle systems including hybrid/electric
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 12:30
