Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer and company standards.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and vehicle system faults.
- Complete vehicle inspections and health checks.
- Undertake routine servicing and more advanced repair work.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate workshop documentation and job records.
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
- Support workshop productivity and team objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential.
- Main dealer experience beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A positive, professional approach with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
