Vehicle Technician – Melton Mowbray
Salary: £37,000–£45,000 DOE + up to £6,000 bonus
Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30
Sat 8:30–12:30 (1 on / 1 off)
I’m recruiting for a growing multi-franchise dealership in Melton Mowbray, now representing four major brands and expanding across a modern 3.5‑acre site. We’re looking for an experienced Technician/Mechanic to join their existing team.
The Role
Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard
Complete eVHCs and accurate paperwork
Follow MOT/manufacturer guidelines
Keep the workshop safe and organised
Take part in ongoing training and upskilling
What You Need
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience (main dealer NOT essential)
EV qualification desirable (training available)
Strong problem‑solving ability
Full UK driving licence and a positive attitude
