An established, reputable independent service and repair workshop in High Wycombe is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide range of vehicles — from traditional petrol and diesel cars to LCVs and the latest electric models.
If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being part of a friendly, close‑knit workshop, this role offers exactly that.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on cars, light commercial vehicles, and EVs
- Diagnostics and fault‑finding using modern equipment
- MOT preparation (MOT licence beneficial but not essential)
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care
- Working collaboratively with a small, experienced team
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience with EVs is ideal, but training can be provided
- A proactive, reliable approach and pride in your work
- Full UK driving licence
