Location: Exeter
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis paid at enhanced overtime rates

Working within a modern aftersales environment, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle health checks while ensuring all work is completed to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer and company standards
- Diagnose vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
- Complete repair and inspection documentation to required standards
- Utilise workshop systems and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Identify and communicate any additional work requirements
- Conduct final quality inspections and vehicle safety checks
- Work closely with the service team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with passenger vehicles preferred
