Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify additional work requirements
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical support and guidance to workshop colleagues
- Liaise effectively with service advisors and workshop control teams
- Deliver exceptional standards of customer service and workmanship
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experienced Level 2 qualified technicians with dealership experience will also be considered
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- MOT Tester licence advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence required
