Autotech Recruit is currently looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Mechanic to join one of our trusted automotive clients. Whether you’re looking for your next long-term position or a flexible contract, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
- Conduct inspections and identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Support workshop operations and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Carry out MOT testing (if qualified).
Ideal Candidate:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a professional workshop environment.
- MOT Tester certification (preferred but not essential).
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
