Vehicle Technician
Location: B37, West Midlands
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–4pm (1 hour lunch)
An established independent specialist workshop is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their small, friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and wants a genuine work-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to dealer standard
- Fault finding using modern equipment
- Working independently on a range of vehicles
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices
- Contributing to a close-knit workshop team
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills
- BMW/MINI experience desirable
- Reliable, self-sufficient, and team-oriented
