An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join a successful and forward-thinking franchised dealership. Working within a modern workshop environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Salary & Benefits
- Level 3 Technician: £32,000 basic, OTE £41,000
- Level 3 Technician with MOT: £33,000 basic, OTE £42,000
- Brand Certified Technician: £34,000 – £35,000 basic, OTE £43,000 – £44,000

The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Complete work in line with manufacturer and company standards
- Ensure all job cards and workshop systems are completed accurately
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
- Deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong technical and diagnostic ability
- Previous workshop experience, ideally within a franchised dealer environment
- Comfortable using digital workshop systems and diagnostic equipment
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for the automotive industry
