About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced or semi-skilled Tyre Technician to join our clients busy and well-established fast-fit centre in Royston.
This is a hands-on role involving a mix of tyre fitting, repairs, and general vehicle maintenance, working as part of a supportive and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Tyre fitting, replacement, and puncture repairs
- Wheel balancing and general workshop duties
- Basic vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in tyre fitting (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good time management and reliability
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
- Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00
