Job Title: Automotive Service Technician
Location: Bushey
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year + Bonuses

Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive service centre, is currently seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on a range of vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and MOT preparation.
- Utilise diagnostic equipment effectively to ensure accurate fault-finding.
- Maintain detailed service and repair records.
- Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Liaise with service advisors and customers when required.
Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent (Level 2 with strong experience may be considered).
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- MOT Tester certification is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
