Automotive Service Manager – Dublin
Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve high performance and exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring a customer-focused approach that meets and exceeds service expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Manager is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the motor trade and aftersales service operations.
- Commitment to delivering the highest service standards with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Full driving license is essential.

Day-to-Day
- Leading team meetings and providing guidance and support to staff.
- Reviewing and managing service schedules and workloads.

- Monitoring performance metrics and reporting to senior management.
- Coordinating with parts, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
- Supporting recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Ensuring the service area maintains a safe, organized, and professional environment.
