Are you an experienced automotive Service Advisor who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service?
We’re looking to expand the service team within one of our clients, with a passionate and confident Service Advisor to work alongside an existing team of two.
Location: East Peckham, Kent
Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 am – 5:15 pm (1 hr lunch), Saturday mornings (1 in 3) 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Salary: £28,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) + monthly team bonus (~£5,500 pa) plus overtime for Saturday mornings + benefits

What You’ll Do
As my clietns newest Service Advisor, you’ll be central to the customer experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling telephone enquiries professionally
- Greeting customers warmly and managing the reception area
- Communicating with customers throughout the day- understanding and updating them on their vehicle’s needs
- Liaising with technicians in our busy workshop
- Ordering parts and keeping service workflows moving
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role you should:
- Have 12–18 months (or more) Service Advisor experience in the motor trade- dealer or independent
- Be confident, organised and excellent with people
- Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the trusted reputation of RCV
