Service Advisor
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire (Ford Dealership)
Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday 08:00–14:00
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established car dealership based in Tewkesbury. You will be the first point of contact for customers booking in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs, delivering a high level of customer care at every stage of the journey.
This role would suit someone with 12–18 months’ experience in an automotive service environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings in person, by phone, and via email
- Liaising closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service or repair process
- Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices accurately
- Explaining work carried out and any additional recommendations clearly
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at all times
About You
- 12-18 months’ experience in a Service Advisor or similar automotive role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and dealership software
- A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8am- 6pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm
