Service Advisor – Southampton
Salary: £27,000 – £36,000 OTE
Pay: Competitive, uncapped earning potential
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:45 (1 hour lunch)

Are you a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor with at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry? Our established dealership in Southampton is looking for a confident, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our aftersales team.
The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll provide exceptional service from initial booking through to vehicle handover, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Book in vehicles for service, maintenance, and repairs
- Communicate clearly with the workshop regarding customer requirements
- Prepare repair orders, estimates, and follow up on approvals
- Upsell additional products, services, and maintenance plans where appropriate
- Keep customers updated throughout their visit
- Support the dealership’s customer satisfaction and service department targets
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle a busy workload and remain organised under pressure
- Confident using dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional, friendly, and a natural problem-solver
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
