Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 (Closed Weekends)

Our client, a highly regarded independent garage in Rugeley with an excellent reputation and loyal team culture, is looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team ASAP.

The Role: As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer journey from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and managing bookings
- Liaising with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Providing clear estimates and updates
- Handling enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Ensuring a smooth and professional service experience

- Salary up to £35,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
