Service Advisor – BMW Dealership Luton

Our client, a prestigious BMW dealership in Luton, is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a world-class automotive brand, within a supportive and high-performing dealership environment.
The role as a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and managing vehicle service and repair bookings
- Providing clear advice on required work, timescales, and costs
- Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team
- Upselling service plans, repairs, and additional work where appropriate
- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with BMW standards
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
About You
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment (premium brand experience desirable)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident using dealer management systems
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- A professional and personable approach
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- 1 hour lunch break daily
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (rota basis)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £30,000
- Bonus: Up to £8,000 OTE
