Location: Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
About the Role We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy and successful dealership in Letchworth Garden City. Representing a well-established automotive brand, our dealership provides new and approved used vehicle sales, servicing, parts and aftersales support.
As the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
- Advising customers on work required and service plans
- Liaising with technicians and workshop control
- Providing cost estimates and regular updates to customers
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at every stage
- Managing service enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and workshop documentation
About You
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional and customer-centric approach
