Service Advisor
Location: Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday (8-4, or 9-5)
Up to €45,000 DOE + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major automotive and mobility organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or customer-focused automotive professional to join a flagship operation and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring service, maintenance, and repair requirements are managed efficiently from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey
- Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair work
- Translating customer concerns into accurate workshop job cards
- Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated on repair progress
- Ordering parts and ensuring they are available when required
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate
- Processing invoices and collecting payments
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
- Working collaboratively with the wider aftersales and workshop teams
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Service Advisor, Sales Advisor or Aftersales role in a dealership environment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience upselling, cross-selling or recommending relevant products and services
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
- Experience using dealer management systems or online fleet systems
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
We would also be interested in speaking with strong customer service professionals who have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and good vehicle or parts knowledge.
