Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Basic + Bonus (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from booking through to vehicle collection
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and maintenance work
- Liaising with technicians and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress, timescales, and additional work required
- Preparing estimates and invoices accurately
- Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the process
- Maintaining accurate records and updating dealership systems
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar automotive customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive, professional, and friendly approach
- Experience using dealership management systems is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence preferred
