We’re recruiting for a Senior Vehicle Technician to join a successful automotive business based in Sandy. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys a varied workload, fault finding, diagnostics and repair work across multiple vehicle makes and models.

The Role
As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical, mechanical and technical faults.
- Performing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work requirements.
- Using diagnostic equipment to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Completing accurate job cards and workshop documentation.
- Supporting workshop efficiency while maintaining high safety standards.
- Working on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
About You
To be considered, you should have:
- A Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- A professional attitude with a focus on quality workmanship.
- A full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential.
Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Lunch Break: 1 Hour
Overtime Available: Weekdays and Saturdays (typically 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm)
