Are you an experienced Senior Service Advisor with a proven track record in customer service and aftersales sales performance?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious automotive dealership in Worcester, seeking a professional, driven, and customer-focused individual to join their established Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Service Advisor who excels at building customer relationships, maximising sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional dealership experience.
The Role As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to increase aftersales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements from booking through to vehicle handover
- Providing a professional and consultative service at all times
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Identifying and promoting additional products, services, and repair work to maximise sales opportunities
- Liaising effectively with Workshop Controllers, Technicians, and Parts Departments
- Keeping customers fully informed on vehicle progress, costs, and completion times
- Managing warranty and repair enquiries accurately
- Ensuring all job cards, invoices, and dealership systems are maintained correctly
- Supporting the wider Aftersales team and helping drive departmental performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or experienced Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
- Strong sales and upselling skills, with a proven ability to maximise aftersales revenue
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- A proactive and commercially focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and manner befitting a premium dealership environment
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
