Salary: From £30,000 + Bonus + Staff Discount
Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch), Saturday (1 in 3): 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

The Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from booking to collection. Your responsibilities will include:
- Front-of-house reception duties – meet and greet customers.
- Managing bookings, checking vehicles, and maintaining service standards.
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Advising on repairs, preparing invoices, and taking payments.
- Maximizing upsell opportunities through vehicle health checks.
- Preparing estimates and quoting service plans.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through handovers and follow-up contact.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous motor trade experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and computer proficiency.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Highly motivated team player who thrives under pressure.
