Are you an experienced Senior Parts Advisor looking to take the next step in your career? Our established and respected automotive dealership in Eastleigh is seeking a confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Parts professional to join our high-performing team.
The Role As a Senior Parts Advisor, you will be a key member of the aftersales operation, supporting both workshop technicians and retail customers. You will ensure accurate parts identification, efficient stock control, and a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and workshop staff with parts identification and ordering
- Provide expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and compatibility
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with regular stock checks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Support parts department targets and contribute to overall dealership performance
- Deliver a professional and friendly service that reflects the standards of a major automotive brand
About You
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector (senior-level preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle components
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using dealership management and parts ordering systems
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
