Sales Executive (Automotive)
Location: Worcester
Salary: OTE £50,000 + Company Car (Basic £25,000 + Uncapped Commission)
Autotech Recruit are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK automotive retail group for a motivated Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team representing a premium brand, where you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Negotiate sales and close deals
- Complete all required sales documentation accurately
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
About You
- Previous experience in sales (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Well-presented and professional
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: 11:00 – 15:00
- 44 hours per week
- 1 weekday off + weekend rota
