Sales Executive – Automotive Retail
Are you a motivated, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for cars? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a well‑established automotive dealership offering a fantastic earning potential and a supportive working environment.
What’s on Offer:
- Basic salary: £25,000 per annum
- On-target earnings: £50,000+ (uncapped commission)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working pattern: 5 days per week on a rotating rota:
- Week 1: Monday–Friday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 3: Tuesday–Sunday
(Then repeat)
The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be:
- Greeting and assisting customers throughout the car‑buying journey.
- Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Guiding customers through test drives, finance options, and purchase processes.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets to maximise your commission.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive showroom experience.
About You:

- Have previous experience in car sales.
- Are confident, outgoing, and driven by achieving results.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
