Showroom Sales Executive – Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Automotive Business
Autotech Recruit are working with a well-established, family-run automotive company that has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and quality vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join their showroom team and play a key role in driving success.
As part of this dynamic environment, you’ll use a consultative, customer-focused approach to sell new and used vehicles, along with associated products and finance packages. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in the showroom, delivering a first-class experience
- Sell new and used vehicles, plus associated products and finance
- Promote electric and hybrid vehicles confidently
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive sales or similar
- Strong ability to prospect and close deals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid UK driving license
- Professional appearance and ability to work retail hours
- Computer literate; Motability accreditation desirable
Working Hours:
- 8 days off per month
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
