Parts Advisor
Location: Worcester
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays
Salary: £28,500 + bonus (OTE £35,000)
We’re working with a leading automotive retail group to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for a busy dealership in Worcester.
The Role
You’ll support the smooth running of the parts department, handling customer and workshop enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate stock control.
Key Duties
- Process parts orders efficiently
- Support workshop and retail customers
- Manage stock, deliveries, and returns
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily tasks
About You
- Previous Parts Advisor (or similar) experience
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Organised, proactive, and team-focused
