Key Responsibilities:
- Manage parts enquiries and orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock levels and records
- Liaise with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts delivery
- Provide excellent customer service to trade and retail clients
- Support the parts team in achieving sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with parts systems (e.g., Kerridge, Pinnacle) is a plus
