MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician – Gloucester
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000+ Depending on experience
Location: Gloucester
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Autotech Recruit is working with a well‑established, family‑run independent garage that has recently invested in modern, upgraded workshop facilities. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and stable team.
The Role
- Servicing, repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles (including a premium brand)
- Diagnostics and fault‑finding
- MOT preparation and repair work
- Working to high standards within set timescales
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe and organised
Requirements
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
- MOT Tester licence
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Premium-brand experience (beneficial, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused attitude
