Job Title: MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician
Location: Daventry
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

The business has decades of experience across major vehicle brands and has specialised in Subaru since 2014, offering trusted servicing and repairs. It operates from a well‑established site and has a loyal customer base built on attention to detail and reliable aftersales support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations.
- Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a range of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while ensuring top-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Valid MOT Tester license (desireable).
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
