Location: Swindon
Salary: £36,000 OTE
Hours: 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday

This role is ideal for a qualified MOT Tester who takes pride in delivering high standards, enjoys working as part of a collaborative workshop team, and is committed to ensuring vehicles meet all required safety and environmental standards.
The Role
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations and standards
- Accurately recording test results and completing all associated paperwork
- Identifying and reporting any additional repair or maintenance work required
- Working closely with technicians and workshop staff to maintain productivity and service quality
- Ensuring MOT equipment is maintained and calibrated in line with regulatory requirements
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Valid MOT Testing Licence
- Previous experience within a busy workshop or automotive environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good IT skills and confidence using workshop management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 7 penalty points
- Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
