Overview
We are seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join a busy and professional automotive workshop in Redhill. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections to DVSA standards while delivering excellent service and maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in line with current DVSA regulations.
- Accurately record test results and complete all required documentation.
- Identify vehicle defects and provide clear recommendations.
- Ensure all testing equipment is maintained and calibrated where required.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to support workshop operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Adhere to health & safety and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Valid MOT TesterLicence.
- Previous experience carrying out MOT inspections.
- Strong understanding of DVSA testing standards and procedures.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Package
- Salary: £35,000–£45,000 DOE.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
