We are currently partnering with a well-established national automotive service provider looking to appoint qualified MOT Testers across a number of sites.

The Role
As an MOT Tester, your primary focus will be to carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA standards, ensuring vehicles are safe and compliant for customers.
You will also play a key role in the customer journey — building trust, explaining outcomes clearly, and contributing to an overall positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Explain test results and any required work to customers or advisors
- Support the wider workshop team with general duties when required
- Contribute to a professional, customer-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- Valid MOT Tester Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer communication skills and ability to build rapport
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
- Commitment to high standards of safety and service
