Our client, a leading automotive service provider, is seeking experienced MOT Testers to join their growing teams across the Bristol area.

As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards, ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy while delivering an outstanding level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with current DVSA regulations and standards
- Identify and accurately report vehicle defects and failures
- Explain MOT outcomes, advisories, and repair recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate testing records and documentation
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times
- Support the wider workshop team when required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid MOT Testing Licence
- A full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in an MOT Tester position
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle safety
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting colleagues and customers
