The Role
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for delivering MOT tests in line with DVSA standards, with a focus on ensuring vehicle safety and providing a high level of customer service.
You’ll play a key role in building trust with customers, clearly explaining outcomes and any required work, creating long-term relationships and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Communicate test outcomes clearly to customers or service teams
- Support the wider workshop team when required
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Valid MOT Tester Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to high standards of safety and workmanship
