Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Complete vehicle health checks and inspections.
- Undertake repairs ranging from routine servicing to complex diagnostics.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and within allocated timescales.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
- Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support workshop productivity and performance.
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential.
- Main dealer experience beneficial but not required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
