Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding front-of-house service
- Advise customers on products, services, and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (automotive experience desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- IT literate and confident using point-of-sale systems
