We are currently working with a leading national automotive service provider to recruit a Floating MOT Tester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified MOT Tester looking for variety, flexibility, and strong earning potential, supporting multiple sites across a local region.
You’ll be part of a business that has recently invested heavily in its people, offering clear progression opportunities and long-term career stability.
The Role
As a Floating MOT Tester, you will support a number of centres in your local area, carrying out MOT testing to DVSA standards while delivering a high level of service.
This role offers a great mix of technical work and customer interaction, with no two days being the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
- Travel between local sites to support operational demand
- Communicate with customers and colleagues regarding findings and required work
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Support workshop teams where required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid MOT Tester Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple locations
- Team player with a proactive attitude
