Salary: £37,000 – £52,000 OTE (Competitive & Uncapped)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Diagnostic Technician to join a reputable and well‑established dealership based in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated technician who thrives on complex diagnostics, problem‑solving, and delivering first‑class workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and fault‑finding using the latest dealership equipment
- Perform high‑quality repairs, maintenance, and electrical investigations
- Work efficiently to dealership manufacturer standards
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest level of accuracy and safety
- Provide clear technical guidance to colleagues when required
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication
About You To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Previous main‑dealer or high‑level independent workshop experience
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A proactive, detail‑focused mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
