Vehicle Technician (Diagnostic or Master Level)

About the Role:
Our client are looking for a Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with at least two years’ experience to carry out high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm (alternate weeks on a rota)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards
- Completing electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC)
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Keeping all documentation and reports up to date
- Maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-organised work space
- Taking part in ongoing training to keep your technical skills up to date
What they’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience (main dealer experience not essential)
- EV qualification is an advantage — but training can be provided
- Diagnostic or Master Technician experience preferred
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong customer focus
