Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on a wide range of vehicles.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician within a main dealer or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
