A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon. We are seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Van Sales Executive to join a high-performing team representing a respected brand in the LCV market.
This role is ideal for an experienced Van / LCV Sales Executive, or a strong Automotive Sales Executive with a passion for commercial vehicles and the SME/business customer marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling new and used vans to retail, SME, and fleet customers
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
- Building strong and lasting B2B relationships in the local area
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Providing accurate product knowledge including conversions, payloads, and specifications
- Achieving monthly sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets
- Keeping up to date with commercial trends, brand offers, and stock availability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in LCV / Commercial Vehicle Sales preferred
- Automotive sales experience (car or van) considered
- Strong business development mindset and the confidence to engage SME customers
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, organised approach
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored commercial solutions
- Driven, resilient, and target-focused
