Centre Manager – Automotive Services
Salary: £36,000–£38,000 + bonuses
I’m recruiting on behalf of a national automotive service provider for an experienced and hands‑on Centre Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, delivering great customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role
- Lead and motivate a small team
- Drive sales and meet centre targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle any complaints
- Oversee daily workshop operations
- Manage stock and ordering
- Support local marketing and centre growth
- Step into the service bays when needed (MOT/fast‑fit/servicing experience preferred)
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Team leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Salary, Bonus & Benefits:
- £36,000–£38,000 basic
