Business Manager – Main Dealer, King’s Lynn
Basic Salary: £35,500 | OTE: £65,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful and well-established main dealership in King’s Lynn. We are seeking a talented Business Manager to join their leadership team. This role is working directly beneath the senior manager and leading a team of five Sales Executives.
We are ideally looking for a proven Business Manager / Transaction Manager, but we will also consider a high-performing Senior Sales Executive ready to step up into their first management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5 Sales Executives
- Drive finance, insurance, and value-added product performance
- Ensure compliance with FCA and brand standards
- Support the full customer journey and deliver exceptional service
- Work with senior management to meet and exceed dealership targets
- Maintain a positive, high-performance sales culture
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Alternate weekends (1 on / 1 off)
- Weekend working week: 1 full weekday off
- Non‑weekend working week: ½ weekday off

- Experienced BM / Transaction Manager
OR - Ambitious Senior Sales Executive seeking career progression
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of finance & insurance products
- High levels of professionalism, organisation, and customer focus
