Branch Manager – Hazlemere £37,000 basic | £45,000–£50,000 OTE

Autotech Recruit is proud to be working with an award-winning fast-fit automotive retailer with centres across the Home Counties. We’re currently seeking a Branch Manager for their Hazlemere location — a hands-on leadership role in a thriving, customer-focused environment.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the Hazlemere centre, ensuring high standards of service, team performance, and profitability. Responsibilities include:
- Managing staff and branch performance
- Handling customer enquiries (in-person, phone, online)
- Monitoring stock levels and workshop activity
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Supporting workshop operations when needed
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 08:00–18:00
- Saturday: 08:30–17:00
- One weekday off per week (3 out of 4 weeks)
- One Saturday off every 4 weeks
- No Sunday working
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre
- Strong mechanical and tyre knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
