Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, and administration.
- Drive performance through effective team leadership, coaching, and development.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in branch or operations management within the automotive industry (e.g. parts, service, retail, or dealership).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercially astute with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
