Bodyshop Technician – Panel Beater & Paint Sprayer
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Mon–Fri: 08:30–18:00
Are you an experienced Panel Beater and Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity with a growing and reputable automotive workshop? We are recruiting skilled technicians to join a busy bodyshop in the Wolverhampton area.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for high‑quality body repairs, panel beating, and paint refinishing on a variety of vehicles. This is a fast‑paced role ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys producing work to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out body repairs, including dent removal, reshaping panels, and welding
- Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and apply paint to manufacturer standards
- Complete repairs within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience within a bodyshop environment
- Proven experience as a panel beater and paint sprayer
- Strong understanding of bodyshop repair techniques
- Ability to produce high‑quality work with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
